New entry moved

The most common request from Moozement users has been that the “New entry” field should be always visible. As a solution for this, we’ve now moved the New entry block 5 centimeters south-west, from “My training log” to “My profile”. New entry is now always visible and some of the profile stuff is now less prominent than before, which seems like a decent trade-off.

Other new features for this week include basic commenting on training log entries and a pop-up box for entries, which enables you to see e.g. notes and comments without going to the entry itself.

Please let us know, what you think of the change – is “New entry” visible enough and in a good position now? Also, please keep on sending us comments and requests, we’ll push to react to them fast, as we’ve now done with New entry.

Keep on Moozing!

    Treenimerkintöjen siirtäminen ko. paikkaan aiheuttaa sen, että ainakaan itse en löydä uusia urheilulajeja enää mistään – nyt “New Entry” -laatikossa näkyy 6 urheilulajia, mutta ei esim. sitä, mikä nyt olisi pitänyt merkitä. Mistä nämä kaikki muut urheilulajit oikein löytää. LInkki ei ainakaa itselleni löydy…

    @J-P Strömberg:

    Thanks for your feedback! Comments like this are crucial for understanding our usability strengths & weaknesses.

    Answer for your question: The six icons under “New entry…” are your personal top6 sports. Under them is a link “Other sports…”, click that one and you’ll get a list of all currently supported sports at Moozement.

    The real problem is though, that the link “Other sports” doesn’t show. You should make the “New entry” -box bigger (or at least higher or rollable) to make sure that these important links show up.

    …at least the problem comes up when using the newest IE.

    @ J-P:

    Thanks again! We’ll look into this & will fix it asap.

    It seems to be limited to IE, or does anyone have other sightings of the problem? Applies to all browsers, problem identified.
