You can now define the privacy settings separately for maps attached to training log entries. Maps can be shared with 1) nobody 2) your HeiaHeia friends 3) all HeiaHeia members 4) 1-3 and external services like Facebook.
If a map is shared on Facebook, it’ll look like the attached screenshot with a couple of cool old-timers discussing their activities.
Based on popular demand, we’ll also be adding “upload GPX” among “Show all options” in new entry creation. This one is not yet done, but coming soon.

CSV/excel output functionality of the training log would be nice feature. Might be easy to implement as well-:) Cheers! BR, JAnne.
“Upload GPX” is needed, thanks. Good work!
if I’m logged in and have saved Map Settings of ‘share only with Friends,’ even I can’t see the maps for each even on the Home page. I have to change settings to ‘share maps with all users’ for me to be able to see my own maps. Is this correct?
@MikaT: GPX upload is in our backlog – will be there soon
@Ian No, this is actually a bug – thanks for noticing and reporting it. We just deployed a fix – you should see your own maps now.
How does one add maps to trainings? Is it possible only in some sports?
I’d like to see the average speed in min/km both in the training log and the facebook publications. That way it is easier to compare the workouts with friends (it´s not very common that both me and my friend runs 8.51 km, but rather somewhere between 7-9 km?)
I would like to be able to show my maps to everybody viewing my heiaheia page, regardless if a member or a friend or just a passer-by.
eCoach and too big .gpx. Could you fix that? I have sent Quick feedback about week ago but no answer…
